Mobiles Hardware-Praktikum - summer term 04

pratice The 2004 Mobile Hardware-Praktikum contains a total of 12 labs (a total of 24 exercises)which are divided into three main topics. These are:

Microprocessor Programming: 4 Labs / 8 exercises
Designing Combinatorial and Sequential Circuits: 4 Labs / 8 exercises
Fundamentals of Analog and Digital Circuits: 4 Labs / 8 exercises

To successfully participate and complete this course the following list of dealines must be met:

1. Register for the Hardware-Praktikum throught the web portal by 23.04.2004.

2. Register for the Hardware-Praktikum at the Prüfungsamt or at one of the SB-Terminals in building 101. For more information contact the Prüfungsamt.

3. Download and sign the Leihvertrag (available on this web page under -material download-). Then come by room 01-030 in building 51 with the contract to pick up your hardware. This step can be done from 9am to 5pm on 22.04.04 or 26.04.04 (excluding lunch 12-1).

4. All labs must be performed and submitted through the portal by 5:00 PM on the dates indicated below:

Microprocessor Programming:
Labs 1 and 2: 07.05.2004
Labs 3 and 4: 21.05.2004

Designing Combinatorial and Sequential Circuits:
Lab 1: 28.05.2004
Lab 2: 11.06.2004
Labs 3 and 4: 25.06.2004

Fundamentals of Analog and Digital Circuits:
Labs 1 and 2: 09.07.2004
Labs 3 and 4: 23.07.2004

5. To get credit for this course a minimum of 13 from 24 exercises must be successfully completed.

6. Lastly, the hardware must be returned to the university before credit for this course is given.

The conversion between the number of correctly done exercises and the grade given are shown below:

Mark => Grade
23, 24 => 1.0
21, 22 => 1.3
20 => 1.7
19 => 2.0
18 => 2.3
17 => 2.7
16 => 3.0
15 => 3.3
14 => 3.7
13 => 4.0
<13 =>5.0

Note: Students who do not complete all 5 steps descibed above can still recieve credit for this course but this will be done on a case by case basis.
