The IEEE European Test Workshop is a well recognized forum for presenting and discussing trends and hot topics in the area of circuit and system testing. In 1999, the workshop will take place on an island in the Lake of Constance, nearby the Blackwood Forest in Germany and the Alps of Switzerland and Austria. The Workshop provides the ideal environment for cross-fertilizing industrial and academic experiences and needs. You are all invited to submit your contributions to ETW99.

The topics include but are not limited to:
Mixed Signal and Analog Testing Test Automation
Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Synthesis for Testability
Test Quality and Test Economics DFT and BIST
Application-Driven System Test Online Test
Thermal and Low Power Testing Defect Analysis
ATPG and Fault Simulation IDDQ Testing

The program committee invites original presentations which describe new technical results of research or recent experiences of industrial practice. Type A proposals reporting novel research should include a list of keywords and contain at least 1000 and at most 5000 words. Type B proposals devoted to recent industrial experiences should include a list of keywords and contain at most 1000 words describing experiences of the proposer on problems and solutions on recent industrial applications. Use preferably the online-submission, as described there, or submit five copies of the paper to the address below. If you do not receive an email acknowledgement within one week you should contact the General Chair again. Also identify a contact author and include a complete mailing address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
